Return and exchange policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to hygiene purposes. However, you are only eligible for an exchange, if the products received is incorrect. Shipping fees will also be reimbursed by FIT.CO. You can email us at email@example.com or give us a DM on instagram @fit.co_my. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. FIT.CO reserves the rights to deny exchange if the product condition is not met to the requirements as mentioned above. You’ll also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent the correct item based on your original receipt.
